3. Faulty Products:

If you receive a faulty product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions: Cracked screens and other forms of physical damage caused by the customer are not considered faulty and are not covered under this policy.

4. Inspection of Returned Products:

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.

Products that show signs of self-inflicted damage or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status (approval or rejection) of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
